How do I pay for a purchase?
We offer multiple payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery service in cash at the time of delivery. Availability may vary based on your location and our delivery partners' policies.
- Bank Deposit: Transfer the total order amount directly to our bank account. After checkout you'll receive an order confirmation email with our bank details and your order number as payment reference. Once we confirm receipt of payment, we process and ship your order.
- Debit/Credit Card: Pay securely online at checkout with your card details (card number, expiry, CVV). Your billing information must match your card details.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat Rs. 200 for delivery. Charges may increase if the ordered item is bulky. Free delivery is offered on orders above Rs. 2,000.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within our operating city (may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances). As a general guideline:
- Standard Shipping: typically 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: a faster option, usually 2 business days.
- International Orders: currently we do not accept international orders.
Tracking information is provided in your order confirmation email once your order has shipped.
How do I return something?
We understand a return is sometimes necessary. Here's how to initiate one:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and the item(s) you want to return, along with the reason for the return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and, if applicable, provide a return label.
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable box to prevent damage during transit.
- Attach the return label if provided, and ship the item(s) to the address given in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement. This may take a few business days.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?
Our standard return policy includes a refund of the product cost, but generally not the original delivery charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
